In slechts acht weken wisten zij onze kansen en ontwikkelpunten vast te leggen. De aanbevelingen vormen een mooie uitdaging voor het komende jaar.<\/p>\n<p>Diederik, Klaas Rudmer, Jelmer, Bernd en Toste studeren Technische Bedrijfskunde en zijn ge\u00efnteresseerd in de optimalisatie van bedrijfsprocessen. Zij onderzochten de stappen die Dijkstra Groep mag zetten om partner te worden van de assetmanager. Hoe werken we samen? Welke cultuur heerst er intern? Welke stappen zijn er te maken? En vooral: hoe zetten we die stappen om de ideale assetpartner te worden?<\/p>\n<p>In scherpzinnige interviews polsten zij collega\u2019s, bouwden ze een theoretisch kader en analyseerden ze hun bevindingen. De belangrijkste resultaten en aanbevelingen presenteerden ze vorige week aan de afdelingshoofden. Al met al een helder rapport met mooie aanbevelingen, waar we het komende jaar mee aan de slag kunnen.<\/p>\n<p>Het rapport werd door betrokken docenten gewaardeerd met een 8,6.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Jongens, bedankt voor jullie inzet en adviezen.
