In de afgelopen twee jaar liepen de studenten al verschillende stages in de uitvoering en in de binnendienst. En daarmee ontwikkelden ze allemaal al een mooi toekomstbeeld. De een wil later aan de slag als tekenaar\/ontwerper of projectontwikkelaar in de brug- en\/of tunnelbouw, de ander wil van assistent uitvoerder uitgroeien tot projectleider.<\/p>\n<p>Voorafgaand aan het kantoorbezoek ontvingen de studenten een opdracht over een verkeersvraagstuk. Met enkele gegevens over het onveilige kruispunt en een tekening van de situatie was het aan hen om met een veiliger ontwerp te komen. In de presentaties vertelden ze over hun werkwijze, ontwerp en aanbevelingen. Na afloop ontving het groepje met het winnende ontwerp een prijs.<\/p>\n<p>Aansluitend leerden de studenten over het verzamelen van geo-data en het inladen ervan in AutoCAD. In een korte les landmeten liet Wietse van den Akker de studenten zien hoe ze met behulp van een gps een oppervlakte inmeten. Met de gps-stok maten ze vervolgens zelf de parkeerplaats in voor het pand in Leek.<\/p>\n<p>Na afloop werden de gegevens verzameld en ingeladen in AutoCAD en bleek dat de studenten de meting heel nauwkeurig verrichtten.
