Deze moderne toevoeging maakt het station toegankelijker en comfortabeler voor alle reizigers. Het project is een voorbeeld van succesvolle samenwerking tussen ProRail, de gemeente Ouder-Amstel, Vervoerregio Amsterdam en studioSK, de ontwerpstudio van Movares.<\/p>\n<h2>Een ontwerp dat toegankelijkheid en esthetiek samenbrengt\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>De nieuwe lift valt op door zijn ronde vorm en glazen constructie, die zorgen voor een open en veilige omgeving. studioSK heeft in het ontwerp niet alleen de functionele eisen vervuld, maar ook het karakter van station Duivendrecht versterkt. Het gebruik van lichte materialen en een minimalistisch ontwerp sluit naadloos aan bij het bestaande stationsconcept van licht, lucht en ruimte. De betrokkenheid van architect Charlotte Kok van studioSK was cruciaal om een ontwerp te realiseren dat zowel praktisch als esthetisch voldoet aan de behoeften van reizigers. \u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Station Duivendrecht klaar voor de toekomst\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>Met deze nieuwe lift wordt station Duivendrecht voorbereid op een groeiend aantal reizigers. De verwachting is dat tegen 2040 maandelijks 40.000 mensen gebruik zullen maken van deze verbeterde entree. De nieuwe entree biedt niet alleen praktische voordelen maar draagt ook bij aan een prettige reiservaring voor alle gebruikers. Dit project onderstreept het belang van inclusiviteit in infrastructuurontwikkeling. Dankzij deze investering in infrastructuur kunnen mensen met beperkte mobiliteit, gezinnen met kinderwagens en reizigers met bagage nu zonder obstakels hun reis beginnen.
