Flexibele en inclusieve vervoersoplossingen uitgelegd | The Future Mobility"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Wat is Publieke Mobiliteit en waarom is het belangrijk voor de toekomst?<\/h2>\n<p>Publieke mobiliteit is het geheel aan collectieve en gedeelde vervoersvormen, onder regie van de overheid en private partners, waarmee de bereikbaarheid van regio\u2019s flexibel en toekomstbestendig wordt georganiseerd. In plaats van \u00e9\u00e9n vaste OV-lijn staat hier de reiziger met zijn mobiliteitsbehoeften centraal door OV aan te vullen met alternatieven als:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Flexvervoer &amp; doelgroepenvervoer<br \/>\n<\/b>Vervoersdiensten op aanvraag voor ouderen, mensen met een beperking of buiten kantoortijden.<\/li>\n<li><b>Vrijwilligersinitiatieven<br \/>\n<\/b>Lokale bewoners die samen rijden waar het reguliere aanbod tekortschiet.<\/li>\n<li><b>Deelmobiliteit<br \/>\n<\/b>Deelauto\u2019s, deelfietsen en deelscooters ge\u00efntegreerd in \u00e9\u00e9n boek-&amp;-betaalplatform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Publieke mobiliteit richt zich op het samenbrengen van deze verschillende vervoersalternatieven in \u00e9\u00e9n samenhangend systeem aangevuld met digitale platforms waarmee reizigers los van vaste routes en dienstregelingen eenvoudig kunnen plannen, boeken en betalen.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cPublieke mobiliteit is de spil in het toekomstbestendige vervoerslandschap: flexibel, inclusief \u00e9n duurzaam.\u201d<br \/>\n<\/i><b><i>\u2013 <\/i><\/b><b><i>Joop Veenis, Senior Adviseur.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Een flexibel en fijnmazig systeem, dat beter inspeelt op de diversiteit in mobiliteitsbehoeften. Deze verschuiving is noodzakelijk gekeken naar verschillende nationale trends:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Toenemende Wmo-indicaties<\/b> (zorgvervoer groeit).<\/li>\n<li><strong>G<\/strong><b>roei van deelmobiliteit<\/b> (consumenten omarmen \u2018Mobility as a Service\u2019).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Druk op toegankelijkheid<\/strong> (krimpregio\u2019s en buitengebieden).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Het doel is om het systeem dusdanig toegankelijk en aantrekkelijk te maken dat het op termijn perspectief biedt voor het minder centraal stellen van de eigen auto in regio\u2019s.<\/p>\n<h2>Onze ervaring met publieke mobiliteit: FMN voorbeelden in de praktijk<\/h2>\n<p>The Future Mobility Network werkt op verschillende niveaus samen aan publieke mobiliteitsoplossingen:<\/p>\n<p><b>Regionaal<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Vervoerregio Amsterdam &amp;\u00a0<\/b><a href=\"http:\/\/smartwayz.nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>SmartwayZ.NL<\/b><\/a><br \/>\nSamen werken we aan inclusieve en duurzame mobiliteitsplannen, met specifieke aandacht voor doelgroepenvervoer en het ontwikkelen van slimme mobiliteitshubs.<\/li>\n<li><b>Rotterdamse haven<br \/>\n<\/b>Voor havenpersoneel zijn flexdiensten ontwikkeld die mobiliteitsalternatieven bieden anders dan de auto en nodig zijn door onvoldoende ov-mogelijkheden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Lokaal<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Helmond<br \/>\n<\/b>Hier vond een integrale aanpak plaats tussen mobiliteit en het sociaal domein. In 2024 lanceerde deze samenwerking Bravoflex en een uitbreiding van Taxbus-OV. Beide flexibele, betaalbare vervoersdiensten die op aanvraag opereren en onderdeel zijn van het reguliere OV.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Voorbeelden van projecten waarmee FMN door innovatie stap voor stap toewerkt naar het effectief complementair maken van het huidige (publieke) mobiliteitssysteem.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cMet de juiste data stuur je beleid en operatie voortdurend bij. Zo garanderen we dat innovatie niet bij een pilot blijft, maar structu<\/i><i>re<\/i><i>el rendeert.\u201d<\/i><i><br \/>\n<\/i><b><i>\u2013 Tim Klein, Senior Adviseur<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Wat wij meebrengen en onze aanpak<\/h2>\n<p>Binnen publieke mobiliteitsprojecten levert The Future Mobility Network een breed scala aan producten:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Programma van Eisen<br \/>\n<\/b>Hierin zijn operationele en technische vereisten uitgewerkt, van afwegingskaders voor apps tot wagenparkschaal.<\/li>\n<li><b>Roadmaps &amp; business cases<br \/>\n<\/b>Geven richting aan samenwerkingsvormen voor bijvoorbeeld de transitie van klassiek OV naar co\u00f6peratieve modellen.<\/li>\n<li><b>Stakeholdermanagement en data gedreven sturing<br \/>\n<\/b>Het samenbrengen van expertise en geleerde lessen uit eerdere projecten om partijen te begeleiden vooraf en tijdens de implementatietrajecten. Hierbij wordt bijvoorbeeld data benut om het beleid en de operatie bij te sturen maar ook om de systeemeffecten te simuleren.<\/li>\n<li><b>Contractinnovatie<br \/>\n<\/b>Het inbouwen van innovatieruimte in aanbestedingen en concessies, met praktische tools.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Producten om te zorgen dat plannen niet alleen vernieuwend zijn, maar ook uitvoerbaar en toekomstbestendig zijn.
