De omgevingsvisie is als website opgeleverd.<\/p>\n<p>Begin 2019 is Gemeente Oosterhout gestart met het omgevingsvisieproces. Bijzonder aan de omgevingsvisie is dat deze naast een algemene en thematische component, ook een gebiedsgerichte component bevat. Voor ieder gebied (wijk, bedrijventerrein of deel buitengebied) wordt na een korte kenschets benoemd wat de hoofdopgaven zijn en de ontwikkelingsrichting voor de verschillende koepelthema\u2019s. De omgevingsvisie is daarmee een concretisering en uitwerking van de toekomstvisie, opgesteld in 2018 in opdracht van de raad.<\/p>\n<p>Intern is een bijzonder proces doorlopen: via meerdere integrale ambtelijke bijeenkomsten vanuit fysiek, sociaal en economisch domein, is gezamenlijk gekomen tot de hoofdlijnen voor de thema\u2019s en de gebieden. Dit heeft belangrijke meerwaarde voor de ambtelijke organisatie.<\/p>\n<p>In juni 2020 hebben digitale spiegelsessies plaatsgevonden met stakeholders uit de samenleving over de concept omgevingsvisie.
