Voor detailhandelsvestigingen en ontwikkelingen in Rotterdam is de stedelijke detailhandelsnota leidend. De ambities en spelregels zijn uitgewerkt in de Gebiedskoersen Detailhandel.<\/p>\n

Structuur en gebieden<\/h2>\n

In de Gebiedskoersen Detailhandel zijn per gebied keuzes gemaakt t.a.v. de gewenste detailhandelsstructuur \u00e9n de gebieden waar transformatie van winkels naar ander vastgoed meer toekomstperspectief biedt zoals economisch, maatschappelijk en wonen. De gebiedskoersen zijn in 2020 en 2021 ge\u00ebvalueerd, geactualiseerd en in consultatie gebracht bij stakeholders. De nieuwe Gebiedskoersen Detailhandel Rotterdam 2022 – 2025 worden integraal onderdeel van het detailhandelsbeleid.<\/p>\n

Perspectief<\/h2>\n

De Gebiedskoersen Detailhandel zijn in Rotterdam onderdeel van sectoraal beleid en voornamelijk gericht op het vastgoed in detailhandelsgebieden. In de consultatie is afstemming gezocht met visies en beleid voor andere sectoren zoals horeca, en integrale (gebieds)visies om ook woningbouw, mobiliteit en veiligheid mee te wegen. Het is echter geen complete inventarisatie: de focus ligt op het ruimtelijk perspectief van de detailhandel bij de uitwerking van de stedelijke detailhandelsnota. Het belang van flankerend beleid en instrumenten om parkeren, buitenruimte en samenwerking geregeld te krijgen zal in gebiedsvisies en uitvoeringsplannen vorm moeten krijgen. Dit is geheel in lijn met visie van de Taskforce Retail waarin vastgoedpartijen, ondernemers en gemeenten hebben samengewerkt aan ‘Het gedeeld toekomstbeeld: naar vitale kerngebieden.’<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
