Het advies geeft antwoord op de vraag hoe de huidige manier van werken met programma\u2019s binnen Gemeente Eindhoven zich verhoudt tot het doel en de werking van het kerninstrument programma onder de Omgevingswet.<\/p>\n<h2>Stappenplan<\/h2>\n<p>Daarbij is een stappenplan uitgewerkt op basis waarvan de omzetting van de huidige beleidsdocumenten naar programma\u2019s gestructureerd kan plaatsvinden, rekening houdend met het overgangsrecht.
