Nadat we verschillende geprefabriceerde onderdelen in de fabriek al hebben kunnen zien, kunnen we nu ook alle bevestigingen bewonderen. De hele stalling is namelijk demontabel.<\/p>\n<p>Het ontwerp is modulair en demontabel. De repetitie van demontabele bouwonderdelen in een reguliere maatvoering maakt toekomstig hergebruik van de bouwcomponenten kansrijk. De keuze is gemaakt\u00a0 om een draagstructuur met stalen kolommen toe te passen. Het gebruik van houten liggers zorgt ervoor dat het gebouw functioneert als CO2-opslag.<\/p>\n<p>In het ontwerp gaan materiaalreductie en comfort hand in hand. Zo wordt de verdiepingsvloer zo dun mogelijk uitgevoerd om te voorkomen dat de reizigers met hun fiets een groot niveauverschil zouden moeten overbruggen. Er wordt bovendien een open structuur gerealiseerd met als doel minimaal materiaalgebruik. Met hetzelfde doel wordt ook op de verdieping maar de helft van de kolommen gerealiseerd t.o.v. het maaiveld; de bovenste dragen tenslotte alleen het dak; er kan dus een grotere overspanning gerealiseerd worden. Dit minimaal materiaalgebruik draagt sterk bij aan de gewenste sociale veiligheid, met doorzicht en zichtlijnen.<\/p>\n<p>Van vrijwel alle onderdelen van de stalling die vallen in \u2018de schil\u2019 kunnen onderdelen in de toekomst gerepareerd worden, zoals o.a. de balustrades, dankzij droge verbindingen en goede bereikbaarheid.<\/p>\n<p>Willen jullie de bouw live volgen?
