Deze wet bundelt en vereenvoudigt een groot aantal bestaande regels en introduceert nieuwe instrumenten die gemeenten, provincies en andere partijen helpen om hun ambities en opgaven effectief vorm te geven.<\/p>\n<p>Om gemeenten en ontwikkelaars te ondersteunen in het begrijpen en toepassen van deze instrumenten, hebben wij een overzichtelijke factsheet opgesteld. Hierin worden de belangrijkste instrumenten voor ruimtelijke plannen onder de Omgevingswet kort en helder toegelicht.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>De factsheet is bedoeld als praktisch hulpmiddel in de dagelijkse praktijk.
