Na de oplevering van de grote nieuwe stations van bijvoorbeeld Utrecht, Rotterdam en Arnhem is het nu tijd voor deze locaties. NS, ProRail en Bureau Spoorbouwmeester gaan de komende tijd op verkenning naar partijen die in samenwerking zorg willen dragen voor een vitale stationsomgeving, waar\u00a0iedereen zich welkom voelt. \u201cDat is een uitdagende opgave waar de adviseurs van mijn bureau graag aan meewerken\u201d, aldus Eric Luiten, de kersverse nieuwe Spoorbouwmeester. Hij sprak dit uit op het symposium van Bureau Spoorbouwmeester dat op 25 januari plaatsvond.<\/p>\n<p>studio<em>SK<\/em> is er trots op dat ruim de helft van de voorbeeldprojecten die getoond werden door onze architecten ontworpen werd. Veelal ontworpen in co-creatie met de gemeentes zijn deze stations en hun omgeving van cruciale betekenis gebleken voor de structuur van de stad, voor de vitaliteit van de wijken, voor de samenhang in het stedelijke verkeer. We helpen bij het vinden van actueel stedelijk programma en bij het ontwikkelen van een strategische aanpak om draagvlak en samenwerking met de spoorpartijen ProRail en NS te organiseren.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/studiosk.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2018\/02\/stations-bureau-spoorbouwmeester-studioSK-652x391.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><em><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dat de gemeentes zelf hierbij steeds vaker de regie nemen is vanzelfsprekend. Een werkelijke verrijking van de binnenstedelijke locaties waar stations gesitueerd zijn vindt plaats door aan te sluiten bij de en behoeften en potenties van deze unieke locaties. Bij de komende generatie stationsprojecten geldt: Next station = MY STATION. Door aan te sluiten bij de <em>couleur locale<\/em> en de ambities van de stad zelf. Het rijk draagt ten slotte slechts bij aan de voorzieningen die de basis vormen.<\/p>\n<p>Waar je vroeger in een stationsgebouw ontvangen werd, is het\u00a0ontvangstdomein\u00a0in veel gevallen verplaatst naar de buitenruimte. Het is nu tijd om die buitenruimte daar ook echt op in te richten met een nieuw integraal ontwerp. Als architecten van studio<em>SK<\/em> ontwikkelden wij daarvoor een strategie \u2018landscaping the station\u2019 die inmiddels op veel locaties succesvol heeft geresulteerd in een stationsomgeving met allure en ambiance.
