Het paradepaardje van het Railcenter was de 3D-FAME simulator, waarvan de software door afdeling \u2018Virtual Experience\u2019 van Movares de software ontwikkeld is. Met het door studioSK in samenwerking met 3D Robotprinting ontworpen carrosserie heeft de software een gezicht gekregen.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/studiosk.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2017\/06\/Opening-Railcenter-Carrosserie-Simulator-3D-PrintenPeter-Heideman-studiosk-movares-1-652x232.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>De carrosserie is 3D geprint in kunststof, voorzien van tablets, beeldschermen handels en pedalen. waarna deze op een door software aangestuurd motion platform geplaatst is.<\/p>\n<p>Het bijzondere aan de simulator is dat bij nieuwe releases van de software \u2018de oude I-phone\u2019 niet \u2018weggegooid\u2019 hoeft te worden. De software update kan door Movares worden ge\u00fcpdate en verzorgt hiermee niet alleen de software en de carrosserie, maar ook het onderhoud naar de toekomst toe.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/studiosk.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2017\/06\/3D-Printen-Carrosserie-Simulator-Peter-Heideman-studiosk-movares-1-652x257.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>Met de simulator zullen door de NS uitgebreid testen gedaan worden naar bedieningsgedrag van machinisten in treincabines.
